All deliveries are handled by Japan Post.
When will my order be delivered?
Shipping is arranged only from Monday to Friday. We do not arrange shipping on Saturday and Sunday. We typically ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. The payment date is either the instant payment date or the date after the payment is cleared. If the payment is pending, we do not arrange shipping. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via eExpress/Registered Air Mail with tracking number and delivered by Japan Post. Delivery to Japan takes 5-15 business days.
